The Met

Located in the heart of Bradenton’s urban core, The Met represents the best results of public/private partnerships designed to advance the cause of affordable housing. Conceived by Pearl Homes and the City of Bradenton Community Redevelopment Agency, the Met’s 200 affordable and workforce housing units were made possible through tax-increment financing, abatement of impact fees, and waivers to parking requirements, to name a few. The property’s design was influenced by the vibrant Village of the Arts aesthetic and features bright colors and a five-story mural. Framework Group is co-developer and general contractor. The Met opened in 2024 and is now leasing.
