As Office Manager, Jessica provides key administrative support and oversees all internal business operations to ensure smooth workflow and keep Framework Group’s development and construction teams productive and communicating efficiently.

Jessica brings comprehensive experience in all aspects of business administration and has supported owners and CEO’s to launch, reorganize, and successfully divest business ventures in the manufacturing and real estate industries. She is passionate about strategic planning methods and motivated by the benefits of technology and employing strategies that improve team collaboration, financial stability, and organizational balance.

Prior to joining Framework Group, Jessica worked for a full-service real estate firm specializing in agricultural land and commercial sales. In 2013 she ventured into real estate investment by founding August Holding Ventures, LLC., a small residential investment company where she acquired properties, oversaw renovations, and optimized a small investment portfolio still in operation. Prior to that, Jessica worked for Florida Envelope Company where she led an initial acquisition process, developed a business improvement plan, and eventually prepared the business for a successful disposition.

Jessica is biliterate in English and Spanish and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration—Specialization in Management from Saint Leo University. She is a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Agile Leadership—Essentials (CAL-E), Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T).
