Mirrorton Apartments breaks ground in Downtown Lakeland

With an official groundbreaking ceremony, The City of Lakeland, Framework Group, Barclay Group, and Flournoy Construction Group celebrated the start of construction for Mirrorton apartments, a $61 million urban apartment development north of Lake Mirror in downtown Lakeland, Florida.
