Completed in 2018 and located in the heart of Sarasota's downtown restaurant and retail district, Arcos’ residents are able to walk one block to Whole Foods Market and dozens of sidewalk cafes and shops. The 228-unit community pays homage to Sarasota’s vibrant art scene—Arcos includes an on-site art gallery, original artwork throughout its clubhouse and common areas, and a custom sculpture installation by world-renowned contemporary artist Daniel Arsham.
